MTNLoaded files missing during conversion to MYMTN

My MTNLoaded inbox emails and stored folders/emails have disappeard during the conversion to MY MTN mail. I am currently oversees on business and need to access the stored emails. Have no way of obtaining email support as no link on the email system for support is provided. A system migration where there is no data integrity had huge impact to the user community. I need my emails and folders back as the information was important. Would also like to know if I can trust the MTN email system, which over the past few months has been very unstable, due to the conversion.
