As of immediate effect, may the 20 business days begin, so that my Neotel internet contract can be terminated.

Reason: Poor customer service and internet connectivity issues without Neotel letting their customers know.

I expect a reply to this email from the person manning this mailbox, acknowledging my email has been
received and the termination process has been activated.
