I left the country to backpack around the world for a few months and decided to cancel my contract. A few days before the contract was to be cancelled I received a mail saying I didn't have to cancel but could change to prepaid - a great suggestion which I accepted [REQ:2474693]. I was then sent a form to complete (but without the info required which mtn has). I sent email after email requesting the email and finally was sent it. I was then sent a mail saying that my request would be cancelled if the form wasn't sent in within 24 hrs. I sent it a few hours later (well within the 24hr period stipulated) only to be sent a mail 3 days later saying that they haven't received my mail (I have proof you did via your extremely ineffectual automatic response email). A week ago I sent an email with all of this information and the completed forms and asked either for ANYONE'S direct email address so I could sort this out with someone as obviously your automated system doesn't work, or for someone to PLEASE help me, but the only response I've received, SINCE A WEEK AGO, has been from your automated received response. Your service and your internal email tracking system doesn't work!
