Incorrectly billed for the last 4 months

I have been billed incorrectly by MTN for the last 4 months. Every time I call or send out an e-mail I am assured that the reversal will be done and statement corrected. I am on MTN 350 Top Up paying R338.00 per month until last year December when my package was changed for some unknown reason. Since then my billing changes every month.
I was due for upgrade but didn't want to upgrade with MTN because of the problems i had with my statements. Last month a consultant from MTN called me and assured me that all is well I can now upgrade my phone. I took his word for it and upgraded, stayed on same package (Top Up 350) and now my new billing is R587.00!

I really need help with this issue and don't know who to call anymore. I regret ever upgrading my phone with MTN and can't understand why such a big organisation like MTN cant get a simple request right. The reason i am on my Top Up package is to manage my expenses simpler, but now I don't even know how much to budget for my phone bill.
