MTN is not customer centric

MTN has upgraded their website that previously was MTN active. Upon trying to login to the new site I am told that I have to re-register. Upon re-registering I am told that my account exists already. I call MTN active and they say that I need to e-mail a screenshot of the errror only and phone number and email address and they will resolve.

I then send an email and get a response that says "All mails not complying with the above will be closed and deleted without being attended to." This is referring to the header of the e-mail.

I then receive an e-mail stating that I should try the username and password forgotten option even though my account has been locked.

Dear MTN your systems are archaic and you are not customer centric. My contract is up for upgrade and will soon expire in December and I am highly doubting renewing after 16years!
