[Support #352653] Returned mail NO FEEDBACK

After numerous phone calls and emails NO ONE has responded to my problem with regards to returned mail and problem on the outgoing server. This is a business email and causes unprofessional image. I want it resolved urgently please:

I just sent mail which came back unsent Although when I called the recipient to find out what was wrong with their email they said they had received - please help this is so unprofessional for my Business.
