Increase fees without notification wrong billing

Autopage have increased all the fees on my account without notifying me and the have billed me extra for my telephone. They have charged me R62 more than they should have. When I tried to phone their call centre I had to hold more than 10 minutes and then I was cut-off. Please contact me urgently
