No replies from Elon Mathepa -Customer liason regarding my e mails and complaints, Last two months accounts completely incorrect. Been charged different tariff rates to the contract signed up for. Been billed for data usage which should have been free with the contract, Charged reconnection fees that should not have been. Not been given the correct data, airtime that's stipulated on the contract signed. Also charged for itemized billing that I did not request,
Only receive annoying smses from Autopage to remind me to pay my account or they will disconnect and charge reconnection fee again. Well they have overcharged me by at least R500 and owe me money so I refuse to pay another cent until my last two months accounts are redone with the correct billing and contract and the correct data is given. Also reconnection fees and lost airtime refunded, and amounts overpaid refunded, This kind of service is against all consumer laws in South Africa and against better business practice. I wish I could cancel this contract in view of the shocking service I have received and the stress this is causing me. Will be considering handing this over to my lawyer and suing Autopage
