Pathetic service to Clients

After placing an order for 6months adsl with 2months free and sending in my forms, no one bothered to notify me that there were items missing to process the order. if i didnt call myself to check i would have still been waiting. after much complaining i received an sms stating that my ordered was processed on the 16th and Ancia call me and tells me that i can start using the internet. guess what, there was no surprise when i find it not working, i then make a call to telkom to check and they say there is a problem. i call ancia and she tells me that i have to contact telkom. the reason i went with mweb is because i didnt want to have any dealing with telkom. after these people get the client they dont care. i havent started patying and i got problems. if this is not sorted out asap, i am going to find someone else that can provide better service. if it does get sorted out, my billing should start from the day i get connected, anything less is gonna be a problem. whoever is reading this, all i ask is for you guys to do your jobs.
