For three months running I have had issues with my invoices. First they charged me for something which was paid off last year, then the billed me for content charges which I had told them to remove from my account, and now they want to charge me for re-connection fees (whilst my account has never been disconnected), and cash handling fees. It would appear that they would use any reason they can whether justified or not to overcharge their clients.

I am so tired of dealing with Altech Autopage.
