DEBIT ON WRONG ACC NOT YET REFUNDED

We have a debit on our bank account from Autopage - WE DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH AUTOPAGE!! It is impossible to get through on the telephone as I don't have an Autopage cell number. I have sent various emails - still no response!! I would appreciate it if someone could come back to me urgently!!!
