My debit order normally runs on the last day of the month as this is when i get paid. They debited my account on the 28/03/2013, the debit order got return, when i try to speak to someone at autopage, first you have to hold on for 45mins before someone answers the call and then the person tells you its not there account, so they put you on hold for a further 30mins and then we you ask for the head of account they dont even answer there calls. No one at autopage and assist with anything and they can not helpre client resslove there problems. I dont think anyone there does there work or answer there phone to even try and assist. Now there is a returned debit on my account, plus returned fees charged to my account and no one wants to take responsibility for this. Now when i need to apply for any other credit its going to be impossible to get it approved because of service from autopage.
