I received a correspondence from Autopage about a month ago and phoned the branch in westwood to query the contract billing charges I was told not to worry this won't apply to my contract now I receive a bill stating the R8.90 will be charged for postage fees, I went into the branch at westwood and spoke to the same consultant I took my contract out with and she says she can change the charge so I receive my mail electronic after asking about the charge of this which most companies offer as a free service she advises its R20 .My arguement to her was the R8.90 postage fees are cheaper I don't understand the reasoning behind a compulsory billing for an internet top up contract which is supposed to be inclusive R199 a month, where did these charges come from. Every other person who has a contract with Autopage seems to be having hassles, no feedbacks, no refunds and no service. My question is how does the customer service get provided with this sort of terrible attitude and unneccessary billing which I didn't not sign up for... very disappointing rather contact the major service providers directly for contracts
