Being billed 2 device fees a month

I am not impressed with the service I have received from AUtopage at all. I got my contract upgraded in November 2012. When I did the upgrade the consultant advised there would be a fee for 2 or 3 months for the previous device. I have now been paying this device fee of R67.54 for 4 months. When choosing a contract I requested the anytime 100 with 100 free minutes, instead I got on with R100 airtime? I had seen online there were 2 option one with a device fee and one without. I asked for the one without the device fee. I have now been charged R85.96 per month Device fee for the past 4 months? This is NOT what I asked for and I did not agree to pay 2 device fees a month. I called autopage customer services last month and I am still waiting for someone to get back to me about why I am being charged 2 device fees. Please can you explain this to me. I want to know what went wrong and Why I am paying a device fee at all and I got the incorrect contract to start off with???
