Dear Mr Cheales, this is to inform you that MTN is requesting that my complaint be deleted as duplicate however it has been over a month and they have not responded to me. This company think that they are above the regulators and feel that they can do as they please. I have been a loyal client for over ten years and this is how they treat me.
