MTN - WORST SERVICE EVER! WHAT SERVICE!?

Below is my contact over the last few weeks with MTN regarding a bill of R1580 that they withdrew from my account, in excess of my contract, last month. This amount was unlawfully debited by a third party and MTN as can be noted, took no responsibility in either assisting or providing the neccessary information or feedback to resolve this situation. MTN, my service provider, left me to my own deices to sort out this horrible, horrible mess!

As can be seen by the dates below, I have yet to receive any kind of call, mail, et to any of my enquiries, in all the forms of communicating with them that is possible by them, to date.

I am a loyal customer for 25 years (since the inception of celllphones by them) and have never ever seen such pathethic service in my life!

My telephonic discussion on the 6th April 2013 and your Reference number : 98717813 refers. The other Reference numbers : 1954497 (call with Morongwa); 1964723 (COMPLAINT LOGGED ); and e-mail 1970015, NONE OF WHICH HAS BEEN RESPONDED TO, TO DATE, FROM ANYBODY WITHIN THE MTN ORGANISATION! YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING!
