Dear FNB. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now... I have financed my car through FNB (which I settled in 3 years instead of 6), my husband and I are Platinum account/credit card holders and we have now applied for a Bond with FNB. I am very disappointed in the level of service I have received thus far. I applied on 8 July and the first time I received any feedback was on Friday, 13 July - Your application has been declined due to irregularity of income. WHAT? How is that possible when I've been working for the same company for 2 years? I will tell you how... someone in the credit department did not feel like looking for my salary on my bank statement and decided that I don't earn one - even though I provided all my payslips. So, the bank statements were sent again and to make matters worse the application has once again been placed at the bottom of the pile at credit. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? I'm seriously considering switching...
