Lack of commitment & Bad Service

It is not in my nature to complain however i'm left with no choice this time around and needed to raise my dissatisfaction to someone who cares in this company. I'm a loyal MTN contract customer for the past five years. my contract was due for upgrade and i wrote to MTN that i do not intend to extend the contract. to my surprise, my number was deleted from the face of the earth and left me without contact with my family and friends. I called MTN call centre, 808 for the past two weeks to re-instate my number, call reference numbers 101050147, 101170178 and 101297146 for the past two weeks and i call everyday. The evarage waiting time on the phone is 1h45 only to be told that your call is in the quee and has been escalated. Surely something is not working and the call centre is inneficient and ineffective let alone the staff do not know what they are doing. I'm currently in the job market and the number deleted by your staff is the only contact number on my resume and i have lost on potential prospect job opportunities that i expected. Aafter such a bad experience with your staff lack of commitment and bad service i need to be convinced why i should stay loyal to your company.
