Bad service, bad network!!!

Called Vodacom to lodge a complaint about the network in the Northriding area to find that my number has been deleted off the system, well surprise surprise. Since Alan left them back a few years ago the company has been going from bad to worse!!! I'm told i can only moove networks if i buy out the remainder of my contract for R1 726.00 with no value to this expence i am locked into this corrupt company with shocking service. I have no choice but to take it and feel helpless!! I have been a client since about 2001 and i might not mean much to them but hope somehow this complaint will open the eyes to other people out there.
