I complained via mtn and hellopeter. I got a response from Nomonde that says, i am sorry but you did not provide us with your reference number for the complaint, so that we could assist you. what happend to customer service Nomonde? You clearly have not been trained about how to handle customer complaints. you should try for resolution not frustrating your customer even further!!! i cannot believe the incompetence of mtn and its staff. clearly all you are interested in, is saying that you have responded to the complaint but did not bother that your response has just created another complaint and a even worse image for your company. hopefully someone else sees this and realises that the person that responds to complaints should try to resolve them. i will escalate this even further if i do not get a suitable response from mtn. you should have the decency of trying to find my reference number, but if you want me to spoon feed you, my reference number was REQ:2084455.
