Upgrade incompetence

For the last 2 months i have been dialing 808 to find out when my upgrade was as i want the new blackberry z10. Each time i am told 1st May 2013 by the computer. My daughter lost her phone which also has a mtn contract so i thought i would go into the branch and request an early upgrade as i was within days of my upgrade so that my daughter could get my old phone. I was told by the consultant that i must request an early upgrade by dialing 808 and speaking to the retentions department. I duly did this and you can imagine my surprise when i was told that i could not have an early upgrade as i my upgrade was only due in June 2013. When i tried to explain that there own system tells me 1st May 2013 i was told that it is a problem and they have people working on it. I cannot believe the incompetence of you people. If you cannot get a basic thing like this right how can i trust you to get my bill right (which averages R3, 500 per month for more than 5 years). Well i am tired of accepting incompetence and i will be moving my business to one of the other suppliers as my 4 contracts come up (Virgin mobile and cell C are even offering much cheaper call and data rate).
