Suddenly my upgrade is now a month later?

I'm due for a handset upgrade this year on our business account. My current handset started to go wrong at the end of last year, I went into store and was given the upgrade date of 1st February 2014 - so I decided to wait the couple of months left until upgrade.

Today I checked again on your 808 automated service, just to confirm, and again the upgrade date is 1st February.

I called this morning to ask when I can come in with paperwork etc, and what I need. I was told my upgrade is now 1st March. I explained to the consultant I had just phoned 808 to confirm 1st Feb - and I have an sms on my cellphone to that effect. I was told you have changed your policy so that system is wrong.

I'm then told I have to make a special request for an early upgrade- but according to the information you have provided me with since my last upgrade, this upgrade is not early, it is due on 1st February!

As the service provider, it 's YOUR responsibility to ensure that the information you provide your client is correct. If you did not update your system with your policy change, that is YOUR problem. Why must I make a special early upgrade request due to YOUR mistake?
