After being promised telephonically on renewal of my contract that a data bundle would be included, I went forward and accepted this offer. After receiving my first bill, I realised that this was not the case, this went under "investigation". I don't think anything was done about this, as I never received and word of action on reviewing the phonecall. I then added another bundle while this was ongoing.
After a few months of not receiving bills (is this even legal?), I decided to check my bank account and it seems huge amounts are coming off.
After further investigation, it seems neither bundles have been implemented and I've been paying offensive internet fees. How can we remedy this? It's useless trying to contact them.
