Yet again poor service

I upgraded to a Nokia N9 in September 2012 and all was working well untill the screen started to freeze up and i could not use the phone anymore. I handed the phone in at the Fairlands MTN store located in the Wesbank headoffice building. I was told that it would take 10 days to fix or replace. I had to follow up twice after the ten days past and eventualy I got my phone back on Tuesday 9 April 2013 or so I thought. To my suprise they could not repair and decided to give me a Nokia Lumia 900. I asked the sales rep what about all my applications, contacts, music and other personal files and he just pulled his shoulders up, with a don't care attitude. I did not ask for a NEW phone, just wanted the old one repaired. I spend MONEYon several applications and music from the OVI store, meaning all the moeny I spent went down the drain. When they decisded they could not repair y cell, why couldn't anyone conatc me and advise me and atr least tried to tranfer as much data as possible. The battery also only last for a day, is this a second hand phone? This is now the 4th complaint in less than a year. My previous billing error also not sorted. MTN's service realy to say the least.
