On Wednesday last week, 6th November I called to report withdrawals on my Nedbank account.
I was told it is a clear case of as they can see the card was used without a chip, it would take 72hrs to send me an affidavit to sign &then 48hrs for the money to be paid back in my account.
On Friday I called to follow up, I was told sorry Candice / Carmen whoever was dealing with my case, only logged it on Thursday and she knows it takes 4/5 working days so why she said 72hrs they don't know but it's wrong it takes 4/5 working days for them to send me the affidavit and that the processing team is on team building. I followed up today, spoke to another person, Zeneth that is now dealing with my case, she needs to speak to the investigator who is only in in the mornings. She said it takes 4/5 working days for them to send me the affidavit, then it can take 15working days for the investigation. I asked why no-one ever mentioned this before, why I speak to a different person every time that gives me diffirent timelines, how far the investigation was, she couldn't tell me anything but that she will call me in the morning. Another day with out money or any solutions.
