8ta not reactivating my account

My internet stopped working in August so i called the 8ta customer care line. The 1st consultant told me that April's payment did not go through & that i owe the money. I told her it was a debit order & she asked for my bank statements so i faxed it for her. 2 days later still nothing so i phone again. 2nd consultant also tells me about the payment so i ask if i can email my statements. Called the next day as my internet was still offline. 3rd consultant kept me on the phone as i emailed my statements through. Still nothing. Meanwhile Septembers debit order went through & they subtracted April & September amount. So i called again & Pretty Moeketsi told me it will be reactivated in 24 hours but i must also email her my statements showing the april/sept amount & my ID nr. That was last week wednesday & my internet is still not activated. I still had data left from august & now in september that i already paid for but could not use, so i also want the data added to my account. If this is not sorted out by friday the 20th of September i will cancel my 8ta contract for breach of contract from 8ta side as this is giving me a bad reputation at the credit bureau.
