Mtn charge me for 5 units roaming data use R200 and for 2 units R500. They cannot give me an answer why this was done and they could also not answer mr how much data was used, they told me to go to the ombudsman if i was not happy with the way the have deal with the complaint. The then gave me email adress of the omdusman which turned out to be wrong adress, why am I not suprised.
After this I have made contact with the ombudsman, but now everything has gone quiet again. I am still not happy that I have been billed correctly and telling me to go to the ombudsman is just a way in "stalling" to give a answer. As the ombudsman have just ask you for the same information that I have been asking for as well, so what are you going to tell the ombudsman? Give him the ombudsman number?
