8ta has disconnected my line without any notification. Last week Tuesday 9/04/2013 I made payment into their account and I was told that the line will be active within 48hrs. Today 15/04/2013 still my line is not active then I call 8ta call centre to check why my 3g is not active. Then a call centre agent told me to wait for -72hrs before my line can be active. I'm so upset with 8ta I'm even considering terminating the contract because the is high level of incompetence. Even today I'm still standing with confusion as to why my 3g was suspended.
