I reported our ADSL line faulty. A technician was send out who phoned me from the SDC at about 12:00 telling me that he would monitor the line as he did not find an error on this tests. I explained to him that the problem was intermittent and that there was no dial tone on the phone side. He then phoned me back at about 16:00 telling me that he cant find a fault and that he would escalate it to the ADSL specialists. What happened to determining where the fault? It could be at our premises where he did not even bother to come and look. If you cant find a fault at the sdc you go to the premises. if you do find that the line is faulty there you got to the dp. What happened to procedures that should be followed when fault finding? Please let me know when someone will be attending to the fault.
