Faulty ADSL Line for 2 Months

On 20 September I reported a fault with my ADSL line. I had slow speeds, bad latency and packet loss. This affected online gaming and Web surfing. It is now 17 November. First of all they closed my fault, claiming it was repaired. They did not communicate this to me.

Then once I found out the false report of my line being fixed, I had to open up the fault again and escalate. After 2 escalations, Telkom finally admits there is a problem with the network in my area. They are looking into it. No eta on when it will be fixed.

So now it's almost 2 months since I have logged my fault and it is still not working. And every time I phone Telkom all they say is it's been sent to the relevant department, yet that "relevant department" has done absolutely nothing to fix my line.
