This is the third time I have reported the fact I have bad noise on my telephone line making calls difficult and rendering my ADSL intermittent. The last fault was attended at my premises by a technician who said that the fault was at the pole and he would come back the next day which he never did. I work from home and lack of consistent internet is a huge problem. My computer technician has confirmed that the noisy line is the problem and I have tested other devices, replaced filters etc. I DEMAND immediate attention to this before I go to the newspaper. Please help me as I am desperate!! If there was another ADSL service provider I would switch but Telkom is the only one.
