Please could someone assist me. I have been begging, and with no luck. My ADSL line is faulty and the problem was reported on 12 December 2013, reference 1031CRK121213. The voice part of the line is working, but the ADSL part of the line is faulty. I have even bought a new modem, and the ADSL part of the line is still faulty. I can't afford to buy 3G internet every time, and I URGENTLY need the ADSL line to be fixed as I'm running a home business and I desperately need the line to work, but everyone seems to pass the buck and nobody is working on the fault. Please, I begg you to look into this and send a technician to fix the problem. I can't afford to be without the ADSL. Please, please, please!
