Cell C
Constant connection time out

Can anyone tell me why the Cell C signal is so bad in Brackenfell?
I constantly get connection errors and time outs. I have data available but can't use it. I went to a small town outside of PE and the signal was amazing, it's nly in Cape Town. The last time I phone about this I was told they don;t know why it's so bad. As a paying customer I need to know if there is going to be any improvement or whether I should just move on.
