Once again, 8ta is giving me uphill. I logged a case with them in February sometime. Wanted a police case number. Got it to them last Monday (2013-04-07) Call centre agent said a maximum of 72 hours turn around time. Today... still nothing. Phoned in and they say the case has not been attended to yet!!! Guys... you are deducting my money since October 2012. And still dont bother to attend to my case. I would like my money returned as well as the cost of the debit orders since October last year. 8ta is pathetic... really. They have no sense of customer satisfaction. Taking a persons money from them means nothing to them. Get your act together you pathetic service provider. Case number: 4143427
I want this sorted as a matter of urgency. Someone better call me ASAP with an answe
