ALERT-Charged for something not agreed upon

I phoned vodacom to upgrade my phone. I ask for the phone that came with the top up 135 contract, without having to pay in extra. Then I found out that vodacom charged me for the phone a month later. I phoned vodacom call centre on the 11 April to sort this out. Finally they said, they would sort it out within 2 working days. I phoned again on the 16th, they had no record of my call on the 11th. Because I mentioned I would cancel my contract if this was not resolved. The lady I spoke to was very rude and sent me to the "cancellation department" WITHOUT ME KNOWING. Then I spoke to Tembi from the "cancellation department", finally she said she would speak to her superior to listen to the recording of when the upgrade was done. That afternoon she phoned back to say that they had listened to the recording of the upgrade and that it was mentioned that I wanted the phone that came with the top up 135 contract. She said that they would sort it out and it would take 7 to 14 days. So far their is no change and I keep being threatened to pay them or they will cut my services and incur penalty charges. Non of their consultants have been able to help us. Hellopeter.com is our last resort.
