On 23 April 2013 I went to the 8ta Canal Walk branch to have my number moved to prepaid. I filled out a cancellation form and the agent told me that it would take up to 7 working days to complete the process (Case number 5296635). I called 8ta on 30 April to confirm that the process had been completed and was told that the case is still unattended to. I called again on 1 May 2013, again the agent told me the case is unattended to. The agent said to me that the reason why the case is not being attended to is because there is a lack of information on the case. He asked me a bunch of questions and took down the required information. At the end of the call the agent said that there is enough information for the case to be attended to and that it will take 7 working days to complete the request.

I called 8ta again today a (14 May) and they told me that the case is still unattended to and that the billing department that handles these requests is very 'busy', thus the delay on the case. They said that it will take 7 working days to complete the case or longer because of how busy the billing department is.

This is ridiculous. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. Unacceptable poor service
