Bad Attitute, No Service Satisfaction at all

I phoned Scorpion beginning of Feb and spoke to their legal department about a case I logged with them. The lady's name was Bongie who just listened to my story and didn't even create a file for me, told me to wait until the investigation was finished. Phoned again after one week and spoke to a gentlemen who assisted me and only then was a file created for my case, meaning my first call was useless. This very same gentleman kept on giving empty promises, they don't keep you in line of sight about the progress of your case to such an extent that you really begin to wonder if its still pending or what. I always phone to find out about the progress (wasting my money), and every time I enquire I do not get any helpful information, 'they are still busy with it, will inform me", and they keep taking your cell number a million times!! This agent, Maluleke got irritated that I phoned to find out about the progress of this case and started to raise his voice on me and even suggested that he can give the case to someone else if I want. How RUDE! I am really not happy about the service of this company and I am going to cancel my policy before the end of this week, its totally useless!
