I received my monthly statement yesterday and noticed that I've been charged by 8Ta for my prepaid recharge vouchers which I've loaded myself from my Bank. I've phoned in and the lady assisted me and logged a case after she had seen the same on my statement on her system. Then Telkom/8Ta just sent me a sms the today "Good Day On this number you were never charged for calls and SMSes please check your current bill. Thank you! Telkom Mobile" what is sending these sms's?? A case would've been logged by the call centre agent after investigation on my statement on her system!!! I can't create my own case numbers!!! Please get this sorted and fire the incompetant staff in your technical department!!! And advise them to rather phone the clients before sending such sms's to confirm the real problem rather than to close the case to make them look good for having a good turn around time.
