Wow, after I complain on HelloPeter it seemed that Cell C would be of assistance. But to no surprise here I am again. A service call was logged and I was told that it would take 7 days. On the 10th (7 days later) I contacted Cell C to get the progress of my service call. I was told to call after 5pm then they will tell me the progress. I called again after 5pm and surprise, surprise there was no info on what the progress was. I was told they would call me back and advise as to what has happened. Again the following day after 4pm I called Cell C. After being hung up on twice I was told that they are in the process of installing another tower. Previously I could go on line during the day and after 9pm, now it doesn't matter what time of the day there's just no network connection. So this has gone from bad to the worst. And your very friendly staff that is so eager to assist needs some telephone etiquette. Don't advertise you have the bandwidth, and the blame it on something else. After all this, there's just no way I would recommend your network to anybody.
