Promises and no delivery to fix ADSL business line

After reporting a faulty DSL line to Telkom on 09/01/13 and the importance of it to be fix A.S.A.P nothing happened after 5 working days. Is it my perception or does Telkom try to make it as difficult as possible for the private sector and their Clients to make ends meat.

Wake-up and allow another Service Provider to enter the South African market and allow the Economy to grow.
