I have a cellphone contract with Cell C, however the network is very bad. when I'm at work (on the 5 floor) I do not get services at all but when my phone picks up the VODACOM network it starts working immediately. This has been a problem since i got my iPhone in December. I then called Cell C in April asking them to assist me in either Resetting my Network Settings or moving to another Network (VODACOM). They said I can not move to another network and that they will assist me in sorting this problem, but they did not even bother to call me back or solve it. I then decided to call them again on 03 June 2013, they logged in my case (case no: SD116059), two days later I got a call from them saying they will send an email with instructions of how to reset me network setting, I even asked the woman if this will work and she was very sure that it will work, when i got home i received the email (as I have no network to get my mails immediately), I followed the instructions BUT HERE I'M IN MY OFFICE TODAY WITH THE SAME PROBLEM!! I called them again today and still they cant help!! ALL I WANT IS TO MOVE TO ANOTHER NETWORK SEEING THAT CELL C IS JUST NOT THE NETWORK FOR ME!!!
