Absurdly horrible connection

In December 2012 I contacted Cell C to Advise them that I will not be continuing my Data contract. The reason for this is that I could not move to another Data contract, or so I was advised. I came back in January 2013 from holiday and found my contract still running. I immediately noticed my connection was extremely bad IE: 900 MS / 0.38MBPS Download /0.39MBPS Upload. I contacted Cell C Call center and was advised all the steps to see what is wrong nothing worked. Eventually I was told they will look into it. A few Days Later I went to Cell C Lakeside Mall in Benoni, I Spoke to a WHITE male salesman who advised me the reason for my bad network was a tower upgrade in the entire Gauteng. Happy with this I upgraded to a Giga 20. Another few days later I called Cell c to enquire how long the issues would last and was informed that there are NO such issues and everything is fine, even though my connection was Terrible. I then spoke to a TL by the name of Lynton. He said he would look into it and advised with a solution. I am still waiting for the report of what is wrong. No one can tell me anything other than its still in progress. I want the service i pay for. or leave. TT 1726383
