I have applied for a Cellphone Galaxy s4 Black without any problem about 3 weeks ago. Up to Monday this week I have been calling and complaining almost every day with regards to delivery of my handset. i have been calling every day for my salesperson from 084 145 to call me. Every person who picked up my call said they will email EXCELLENT to call me back. He never called me back once. At every time also, his manager TSHIMA was not available to speak to which I find hard to believe too.
EXCELLENT was due to call me back about 10 minutes ago on that day last week - surprise surprise, no call back after Fezeka said that EXCELLENT said he will call me back immediately.
I finally received my phone Thursday (wrong colour) which was sent back straight away. I was now told that I have to re-apply. I just don't see why the customer service, especially from excellent and Cell C generally is so pathetic. (It is advertised that Cell C is the network to switch to). I will definitely advise people not to take out an S4 contract with Cell C, unless myself and they are getting it for free!
