MTN ACTING AGAINST MY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Mtn has credited my account for the injustice cacellation of my 0731404010 to a 0810416602 however as promised by Veronica the account would now be as wasand no problems would occur. This was a blatant lie. I want the following corrected with immediate effect as this will be my last request until i take legal steps and go public with a renowned news paper. My 0833973254 account balance increased from R398 to R476.95 - please rectify to my contract value of R398 monthly. Secondly my 0810416602 contract value is R369 monthly which i signed for and has increased now to R389. Please note i do not want any excuses anymore. Mtn wants to tell me they do internal investigations on the rudeness of their staff however nothing gets better. My account has been abused by mtn. I have been charged for amounts which i did not agree on. If this presist i will phone the consumer rights. Mtn has 5 days to rectify this and give me my new invoices for January on hardcopy i want proof this has ben rectified to the original agreements.
