7-21 days for repair and its been 3 months

I sent my Samsung Galaxy S3 in for repairs at Cell C Cresta on Jan 14. They told me the repair would take 7 to 21 days and that someone would call me if there was to be a quote for the repairs. I am covered by Cell C Cover so I expected they would take care of it.

After the 21 days was up, I contacted the Cell C call centre and spoke to the technical department. A lady answered and told me that my phone had been repaired and that it should be delivered to Cell C Cresta by the follow Wednesday 13 Feb. I called in on the Friday, 15 Feb, again only to be told by another gentleman that actually my phone had not been repaired and only quoted on and that I had to submit a claim form for the C Cover. He emailed me one and I filled it out and took it into Cresta. When I got there I was told that that form is the wrong one, so they gave me the correct one. This was on the 19 Feb. Today, 4 March, I try to call the call centre again to find out the progress only to be told that the call centre is not able to put me through to e human being! The machine simply says, "Sorry, I cannot process that request" or something like that.

I am fed up and demand some response from Cell C on the matter!
