Breach of contract

I have orginal agreed to open a contract with virgin active's consultant at The Glen Shopping mall and it was agreed as per the contract i have signed that i will gym at V/A southgate and my monthly fee will be R239.00 monthly, my contract was open on the 12.12.2012 .

on the 28.12.2012 a D/O of R369.00 went thru on my account and that was the agreed amount so i went to reverse that D/O.Later i found out tha according to V/A my home club id Meyersdal and my monthly fee is R369.00

I would like to cancel my account with immediate effect and i will not pay for the cancelletion cost as the has been a Breach of contract on V/A side
