Account suspended for no apparent reason

I have a contract with 8ta which states that I will be given 10 gigabytes during normal hours and 10 gigabytes after - hours. During the month of April 2013 I have had NO access whatsoever. To remedy this I have visited the 8ta store at The Bridge four times eventually leaving each time after being promised that that it will be up and running within 72 hours. At present I still have no service and have had to spend R450.00 on data to access the internet. I guess that old saying applies " you get what you pay for" they are really the cheapest data provider and also have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Their lack of customer service is pathetic but then they are part of HellkomSA who wrote the book on customer dissatisfaction!
