I have been a customer of Afrihost since September 2013 (mobile).
Since ordering, I have had no less than FIVE serious customer service incidents with them, three of them in the past week alone! The current complaint has left me without Internet access for nearly one full day (I am still without access to my account as of this post). My account refuses me access, claiming that I have no data remaining, while my Clientzone confirms several GB's of data unused. This is the fourth time I have encountered this problem in my four months of service. I am currently still waiting for the Dev team to restore my access after this incident - twenty hours after first reporting it to their customer service team. If Afrihost does not respond to me timeously, and re-boot my account, we will be returning the SIM and device we have ordered this week (there is a 60 day money back guarantee), as well as cancelling the other SIM. I also deserve an apology for this poor service, and would like the 2.7GB of data that will disappear at the end of today - which I have not been able to use because of lack of access - carried over.
