Paying for a data contract with no access

I always had excellent internet access with hardly any interruption for almost 5 years. Since the second half of May 2013 I suddenly had very little/slow/no access. I cannot get any reasonable explanation or action out of the data/customer service department of Vodacom. I am extremely frustrated because I cannot run my business without decent internet access. Try doing EFT payments on a daily basis and UIF returns without access. I have just tried doing my UIF return, trying for 1.5 hours and no success. There are payment deadlines and salaries to pay on time. How productively can I run my business? If I can't get the service I'm paying for, then cancel my contract so that I can find a reliable service provider.
