60 60 gb Data No Internet Access

Good day
I bought a 60 60 gb data service at the Telkom Direct Store in Lakeside Mall, Benoni.
Upon inserting the simcard into my 3g dongle and connecting, I can't access the internet as no internet access exists.
I have a 8ta/Telkom Mobile data contract that is working fine, so the dongle is working correct and the settings are also correct.
I have a project due in a week and need to do research, hence me purchasing the service.
I need this sorted out ASAP.
Either fix the problem or refund me the price I had to pay.
